The Mankato Area Public School Board typically meets on the first Monday of each month for a regular meeting, where residents can speak on topics related to the agenda, and on the third Monday for a work session. Work sessions are open to the public and often cover important topics, so I strongly encourage attending; although public comment is not permitted at these meetings.

Meetings are held downtown at the Intergovernmental Center, the same building where City Council meetings take place. Board work sessions are typically held in the smaller conference room adjacent to the main Board Room.
